We’ve all been there. When we’re tired, your meal takes longer than you feel it should, or simply, you are frustrated with something that you deem to be basic but becomes very hard. I’m guilty of being “that” customer who desperately needs a revision mirror in that moment and have placed the blame on innocent customer service agents who are simply just doing their job.

Bad customer service is one thing, but quite often the actual customer needs to look in the mirror and see themselves.

You may have read that robots will not replace marketers - and I am going to tell you now, in this blog, that largely they will. Marketing as a profession will change in the next 12 month to 2 years so dramatically, that everyone will need to re-invent themselves and companies that are still selling the same old marketing skill set, will find that they no longer have a business.
America is such an awesome place for so many reasons. People are passionate no matter where you go whether it is down to the local Walmart store, on the slopes of Vail or in the Streets of New York. Often people the world over put Americans in an unfair box; loud, abnoxious, overly-opinionated, political and entrepreneurial. Other than the latter, I tend to disagree. It doesn't help that there are so many thousands of websites out there trying to "brand" Americans as such.
