You will join an innovative company, that is leaps and bounds ahead of other consultancies in the outsourced marketing department with strong investments in technology development including client apps, robotics and virtual reality - all in development stages.

As the Sydney Marketing Eye Manager, your role will include:

• Client facing consulting
• Hosting of strategic marketing workshops
• Developing and driving business marketing strategies across multiple industries
• Directing multiple end-to-end projects simultaneously, honing analytics and project management skills
• Motivate, coach and serve as a mentor for project team members
• Provide thought leadership and innovation within projects, and across practice areas
• Create opportunities to build the Marketing Eye brand

The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our marketing services, and will focus on developing strategies to help build our client’s businesses. The Marketing Manager will work across multiple practice areas including: Go-to-market strategy, value proposition development, market segmentation & targeting, marketing effectiveness, marketing research and marketing mix optimisation.

Position Requirements:

• A self-starter who is able to structure their own work
• Has the ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously
• A degree in marketing or relevant field (PR, communications)
• A minimum of 3 years marketing experience
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task responsibilities/projects
• Strong understanding of marketing automation, communications, e-marketing, public relations, branding, lead generation and consulting.
• It would also be ideal to have established relationships with local media and journalists.
